We highlighted exclusive rewards, designed the experience to feel like a streaming platform, and used FOMO-driven language like “New” and “Coming Soon” to keep users coming back. Simple, addictive, and built to play on repeat.

Behind the music was a system designed to scale. We built modular blocks that could be remixed and re-arranged like tracks on a playlist, making it effortless for the Coke team to update content without breaking the flow.

Behind the scenes, the CRM worked like a quiet host—making sure fans never missed a drop, always knew what was coming next, and felt part of the show from start to finish.
